Soccer Tournaments - Maine

Coastal Summer Challenge - Coastal Soccer Club (http://www.coastalsoccerclub.com/tournament.htm)
The 2008 Coastal Summer Challenge will once again be held at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. The tournament that brings teams together from all over the New England and Canada will span the weekend of June 14th and 15th. Brackets will encompass teams from U9 to U18 classic and premier as well as men's and women's open and a High School Classic division.

Harvest Cup - York Soccer Club

The York Soccer Club is pleased to sponsor the 15th Annual Harvest Cup Tournament held on Columbus Day weekend, October 11-13, 2008. This will be our SECOND year as a girls and boys soccer tournament, located in the beautiful seaside town of York, Maine (55 miles North of Boston), is always a fun tournament for travel club teams and all-star recreation teams (premier teams are not allowed).

Divisions: U-10, U-11, U-12, U13 and U-14 girls’ and boys’.
U-10 and U-11 Divisions will be non-results oriented, with 4 games guaranteed and a participation award for each player.
A minimum of three games is guaranteed in all age brackets.
A minimum of one game will be played indoors.

State Snickers Cup (http://www.mainemetrofc.com/state_snickers_cup.htm)

The United Soccer Federation of Maine is part of the Snickers/US Youth Soccer National Championships program.
Snickers Cup winners at the U12 level and above will advance to the USYS Region I championships. Region I winners at the U14 level and above will advance to the USYS National Championships.

As members of USYSA, and USFM, all Maine Metro FC teams participate in the state Snickers Cup each year. Our teams play a regular schedule in the Fall, Indoor/Winter, and Snickers Cup in the Spring. This allows our players and teams to remain competitive with the rest of the country.
