Here's something you don't see everyday, an MLS team lifting a trophy at Emirtes Stadium. The New York Red Bulls played Arsenal today and ended up tying the game, 1-1, which was enough to win the Emirates tournament.
Here's a run down of Thierry Henry's touches on the ball and goal scoring chances. He received a warm welcome at his former club. It makes you think Henry could have played a few more years in the English Premier League.
Henry was hoping to play the second half with Arsenal, but do to some rules and I'm guessing insurance/contract issues, it was a no go. Which is too bad, it would have been great to see and the fans would have loved it.
