Finally, there's a women's soccer commercial that can at least be compared to some of the Nike ads for men's soccer. Not an amazing ad but a good one – it has a bit of pep to it. The Puma ad features Marta, the Brazilian magician and the best female soccer player in the world, along with a group of players juggling the ball in a circle, using head, knees and toes. The tag line says 'recognize awesome'.
Puma, with their past fashion show to unveil their sponsorship deal with WPS, agreed to pay the league $3 million a year.
