Bugs that don't care if it's Barack Obama they’re buzzing
We've all heard and seen how Barack Obama likes to play hoops, but his oldest daughter Malia likes to kick the soccer ball around, in the video below we see Obama and his wife pull up some portable chairs and take in some of his daughter's soccer game.
In one moment, Obama pulls and scans his Blackberry, but his wife Michele nudges him to put it away and watch the game. There's also a point where Obama demonstrates how to kick or run or something, let's just say he should stick to basketball.
As far as Obama's favorite soccer team, according to the Telegraph, Obama is a fan of West Ham United, ever since a trip to London five years ago and watches the English Premier League whenever his schedule allows.
Seems quite far-fetched though, as Obama has so little time he can barely take in American football, basketball, and baseball. Then his wife's brother is the basketball coach over at Oregon State - I'd think he'd watch one of his games now and again too.
But if he really is a fan of West Ham United then he must be happy with the club this year as they sit in 8th place, usually their fighting to stay out of relegation. Hopefully his daughter sticks with the game though, there is a Women's Professional Soccer League you know.
