Drill 1 - Stop and Shoot (Medium 2) - First touch. Shot. Body balance. A wider shooting angle adds the difficulty; shooting with the laces adds the power. Together, they equal accuracy.
Drill 2 - Direct Shot - Turn, run, shoot on the move. Sounds easy? It's a difficult skill to get right. Master it by using your arms to stay balanced and focus on body position.
