If you're a fan of the Dutch national team you can now play FIFA Soccer 10 as an actual Dutch player. To think you couldn't, what was the big hold up? Money I'm guessing of course, but how much? Anyway, all the fans of Sneijder and Robben don't have to fret any longer, these players are now again at your finger tips via your video game console.
The Royal Netherlands Football Association and Electronic Arts reached an agreement regarding all players of the Dutch selection in FIFA 10. Football players like Wesley Sneijder, Robin van Persie, Arjen Robben, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Mark van Bommel can be selected in their real national team kits!
Previously it was only possible to play a fictitious Dutch national team without real player likenesses and the official kits – but this is now history.
That's not all though, EA Sports has also listened to their video game players. Games manufacturer Electronic Arts says consumer feedback from online gamers has helped it deliver a new level of authenicity with its new soccer game.
