Whose writing this movie? It would almost seem too cliched if this were an actual movie. What an incredible story though. It just couldn't have been scripted any better as Davies scores two goals in his debut for DC United - calmly slotting home the penalty kick after just entering the game.

And, it looks like he made a wise decision to go on loan and play in the MLS, which some players might have been afraid to do.
