This is a great move for when you need to escape pressure and go the other direction. Push the ball out in front of you, take it forward a few steps, and then pull it back behind you - roll the ball and flick it to the side using the inside of your foot when you drag the ball back.
Once you master this, try faking like you're going to pull the ball back with the inside of your foot and then push the ball out to the side with the outside of your foot.
